STAFF
Love A Lot Preschool employs nurturing teachers/caregivers who understand the stages of children development, respect family needs and promote cultural diversity. Our staff is dedicated to building strong partnerships with families to enrich children’s experiences.
At Love A Lot, staff is encouraged to continue their professional development. Our Head Teachers in the Infant and Toddler programs are experienced caregivers with a Bachelors degree, an Associates’ degree in Early Childhood Education, or have successfully completed a Child Development Associate (CDA) certificate. Assistant Teachers and aides in these programs have varying degrees of education and prior experience working with young children. All of our teachers hold NYS Teacher's licenses for their appropriate age groups, and certified credentials in Early Childhood Education, Psychology and Special Ed. In addition, we select teachers from the States and all over the world including: Japan, Germany, France.
Head Teachers in our preschool classrooms have a Masters Degree in Education or are currently working toward Masters’ completion. Our Assistant Teachers have a Bachelors degree, an Associates’ degree, or have successfully completed a Child Development Associate (CDA) certificate. Our Teacher aides in these classrooms have varying degrees of education and prior experience working with young children.
The welfare of our children is of utmost importance and as such, the Love A Lot Staff are trained in CPR and First Aid to ensure each child’s safety.
Continuous staff training is provided through educational workshops
and seminars to maintain the highest standard of education for the
children in our program.
